We are exclusively dedicated to protecting and promoting our clients' interests, acting as their eyes when dealing with intermediaries and agencies, and offering honest advice on every rental opportunity.

How do we do it?

Through a 360º search of apartments and rooms in Madrid, we present all the available options that fit your needs and circumstances. We negotiate on your behalf with the real estate agency or the apartment owner and advise you on the necessary documentation to be the best profile and increase your chances of being accepted.

Service costs and conditions:

Our fee depends on the rental duration:

• Temporary contract (1 to 5 months): 50% of one month's rent with 200€ deposit included in the percentage (per person)
• Temporary contract (6 to 11 months): 70% of one month's rent with 200€ deposit included in the percentage (per person)
• Annual contract (1 year): One month's rent with 200€ deposit included in the percentage (per person)
